Scriptural Call to Worship: Exodus 15

• Pastor: I will sing to the Lord, for He is highly exalted.
• Congregation: The Lord is my strength and my defense; He has become my salvation.
  He is my God, and I will praise Him, my father’s God, and I will exalt Him.
• Pastor: The Lord is a warrior; the Lord is His name.
  Your right hand, Lord, was majestic in power.
  Your right hand, Lord, shattered the enemy.
  In the greatness of Your majesty You threw down those who opposed You.
• Congregation: Who among the gods is like You, Lord? Who is like You—majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders?
• Pastor: In Your unfailing love You will lead the people You have redeemed. In your strength You will guide them to Your holy dwelling.
• Congregation: The nations will hear and tremble; The Lord reigns for ever and ever.
  Sing to the Lord, for He is highly exalted.

Scripture, Let us Boast in the Lord our God

Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord. Let not the wise man boast in his wisdom, let not the mighty man boast in his might, let not the rich man boast in his riches, but let him who boasts boast in this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the Lord Who practices steadfast love, justice, and righteousness in the earth. For in these things I delight, declares the Lord. My soul makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble hear and be glad. Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together!

Apostles’ Creed

I believe in God the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth.

I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
and born of the virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended into hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty.
From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
