Betsy and Ash Aeschliman

Betsy is a 38-year pediatric RN who ‘retired’ to missions in 2005. Her supportive husband Richard (Ash) is a retired PCA pastor. Matthew 9:35-38 describe Betsy’s passion and vision for medical-evangelism with Mission to the World. Betsy recruits and prepares 5 teams a year at the request of overseas MTW church-planters and national partners to assist in mercy and Word outreach, helping to meet the medical and spiritual needs of their communities. Their ministry is mainly in Latin American and the Caribbean.
Kristen Aldridge
CO Christchurch
It wasn’t until I attend Coastal Carolina university that I began to seriously investigate and consider spiritual things. In my first year at CCU, I meet some students involved with CO who loved me well and shared the Gospel with me. In 2011 I came on staff with CO in Charleston, SC where I served for 4 years. After several years of stateside ministry, I began to feel a call to serve globally. In 2016 I moved to Christchurch, New Zealand to help start the CO ministry at the University of Canterbury.
Andrew & Kelly Baxley
MTW Columbia
Andrew and Kelly met while attending Covenant Seminary and married in May 2015. Andrew’s love for youth and family ministry combined with Kelly’s heart for gospel-centered counseling led them to serve with MTW’s NEXT in Bogotá, Colombia. Next exists to serve the global Church in reaching the next generation. Locally, Andrew and Kelly will serve the United Church of Bogotá, an English-speaking, evangelical church focused on reaching the large international community in the city. They will both work with the community of youth and families in the church and Kelly will work to develop a counseling ministry. This ministry is a strategic opportunity to not only reach Colombia but also the world for Christ. In addition, as part of the NEXT team, they will minister to the children of our MTW missionaries throughout Latin America and the world. They believe the discipleship and well-being of our missionary kids is desperately important, and long to see them sustained and encouraged. In turn, Andrew and Kelly also want to have a multiplying impact by helping train local church leaders seeking to reach the young people in their communities.
Dan and Rebecca Gregoire
MTW Ukraine
Dan and Rebecca Gregoire first came to Slovakia on a short-term mission trip in 2001. They returned in 2007 to begin serving full time, and currently live in Spišska Nová Ves (SNV), Slovakia, with their eight children. Together Dan and Rebecca seek to live missional lives, being a bridge to bring Slovaks into the community of believers to hear the gospel and see it in practice. It is their hope that the next generation in Slovakia will know and worship the Lord as a body of believers. The Gregoire’s work in SNV is church revitalization. Church revitalization combines the best practices of church planting with the strengths and history of an established church. The Gregoires ministry is to help grow the body of believers and reach the city and region with the gospel of Jesus Christ. God answered a big prayer and in 2015 Dan and Rebecca saw a shift toward church planting that never existed in their context. To encourage and serve this movement, the Gregoires are working alongside a Slovak pastor to revitalize his church. The leadership recognizes the need to make changes to be become a healthy church that can participate in church planting in Slovakia. The goal therefore of church revitalization is to restore gospel ministry back into the community.
Casa Josefina
Cusco, Peru
The Casa Josefina staff lovingly cares for these children until they can be placed in adoption with stable, nurturing families. Our home places more children in families than any other home in the region. Casa Josefina is also the only home in the area that accepts abandoned newborn children. This is primarily because newborns are so expensive to care for, requiring more caregivers per child, as well as expensive formula and diapers. We believe in the vital importance of caring for these children at the earliest and most critical stages of their development. By showing these little ones how much they are loved and wanted, we can shape their view of themselves and their future in a positive way. Keith and Ruth Powlison
MTW Peru
Keith and Ruth Powlison live in a Quechua village outside of Cusco, Peru. Some of the challenges in ministry to Quechua speakers: remote villages, muddy dangerous roads, a language that mocks with unpronounceable gutturals and 20+ letters in many of the words, and logic that has little to do with western linear thinking. Keith has recently been involved in adapting Evangelism Explosion to different Quechua dialects and cultures.
Joe & Bev Fitzpatrick

Joe and Bev met at New Life Presbyterian Church in Glenside, Pennsylvania, when Joe was completing a master of divinity at Westminster Theological Seminary and Bev was working as a nurse in Philadelphia. They married, and with a shared interest in missions, pursued opportunities overseas. In 1999, after Joe was ordained as a teaching elder by the PCA, the family joined the MTW Philippines team in Manila where Joe taught Old Testament and counseling at Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Upon hearing of ministry needs in Puerto Rico, the homeland of Joe’s mother, they relocated in 2006. Joe also received a D.Min. from Westminster Seminary and now teaches in seminaries and churches in the San Juan area. The Fitzpatricks attend Torre Fuerte (“Strong Tower”) in Caguas, a former prosperity gospel church now embracing Reformed theology, where many in the congregation are committed to an 18- month study of Scripture. Joe also assists a nationally-led Reformed movement (ReformaDos) which aims to identify and theologically equip church-planting pastors island-wide. The Lord has provided invitations for Joe to teach in non-Reformed seminaries, where students are responding positively to his teaching and to translated resources. Joe also teaches modular courses for MTW ministries overseas.
Luis and Dinora Martinez
Guatemala
Pastor Luis and Dinora have helped many churches in Guatemala through the teams Impacto hosts and as individuals. Both are very hands-on in all ministry areas. There are many ministry efforts led by Impacto. Happy Tummies an after-school program for malnourished children – started with 18 children in 2012 and now we serve over 300 children daily, plus there is a waiting list. Abuelitos (“little grandparents”) a ministry for the elderly who are alone and neglected. Pastors’ Congress and Bible Conference has participants from throughout Central America come for special training and resources. The Bible Institute offers pastors training sessions, so they can earn a diploma if when they attend all classes and complete all assignments, this is in affiliation with the seminary in Guatemala City. Stitches of Blessings offers sewing lessons for participant and sewing machines gifted to participants if they attend all classes and complete all projects. This allows them to earn money for family need.
Guillermo and Jennie Salinas
REF-Mexico
Guillermo and Jennie serve the Lord in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, Mexico. He trains leaders, both pastors and lay people in Evangelism Explosion and Vida Nueva in Latin America. The Covid 19 virus restrictions in this area of the world has caused them to make many changes to their ministry in the past year. They also hope to establish an Anglo Church in this region. Their ministry includes reaching out to prisoners and children as well, via a puppet ministry.
John and Karen Stodghill
MTW Belize
John and Karen met on Lookout Mountain, Ga. They’re both graduates of Covenant College. They married in 1986 and have three grown children. John has a medical background as a paramedic and RN, which he put to use in his job as a human resources director for a nurse staffing agency. John’s medical experience and Karen’s organizational skills have enabled them to serve with MTW’s disaster relief ministry since 2003. They have led teams both locally and abroad. The Stodghills served in Bahamas for several years before relocating in mid-2019 to the Cayo district of Belize. This is where they were asked to work in both revitalization of the church in Belize City and two mission churches, Unity outside of Belize City and Bethany in Santa Elena (where they will be living). They are also excited about a new church plant in Belmopan, the capital city of Belize. John serves as team leader for Belize and the Stodghillls often help in the northern part of the country as well John is also preaching almost every Sunday at Bethany, as they are without a pastor.
Deiniol Willaims
Trinity Church, Chester UK
Deiniol is married to Charis and they have two young children. He studied theology at Oak Hill College and Union School of Theology and was previously the assistant minister at a church in North Wales. He’s passionate about helping people understand the teaching of the Bible and all of its implications for life today. Deiniol is the minister at Trinity Church Chester. Trinity Church Chester is a congregation of the International Presbyterian Church, which was founded in 1954 through the ministry of Francis Schaeffer, and now has congregations across the UK, Europe and South Korea. The vision of IPC is to glorify the Triune God by planting and strengthening churches across Great Britain, Europe and Korea, which proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord, trust the whole Bible to be God’s Word, affirm the Christian creeds, and hold to the Reformed confessions.

Thirdmill (Third Millennium Ministries, Inc.) is a non-profit Evangelical Christian ministry in the Protestant tradition. Their mission is to prepare Christian leaders to lead a transformation of the world into God’s Kingdom by providing biblical education, for the world, for free. They work toward this goal by providing free curriculum to everyone that wants it. Their efforts reach millions of pastors and church leaders. Directly and through partner ministries that report their enrollment, they have already taught over 1 million students. Millions of others also use it independently or through ministries that don’t report statistics. The curriculum is designed to be used by traditional and non-traditional schools, as well as by other groups and individuals. It consists of three central elements: graphic-driven videos, printed instruction, and internet resources. The curriculum is distributed through online streams and downloads; satellite, cable and terrestrial broadcast TV; radio; smartphone apps; USB flash drives; SD cards; and DVD.
