Scriptural Call to Worship: Give Thanks to the Lord

Pastor: Oh give thanks to the Lord; call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples!

Congregation: Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; Tell of all His wondrous works!

Pastor: Glory in His holy name; Let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice!

Men: Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His presence continually!

Women: Remember the wondrous works that He has done, His miracles and the judgments He has uttered.

All Together: Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; For His steadfast love endures forever!

I believe in God the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth.

I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
and born of the virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended into hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty.
From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
