““The Mission, the Man and the Message”

SPC Order of Worship

Nothing But the Blood

Welcome: James Booth, Director of Young Families

Scriptural Call to Worship: 1 Timothy 1 & John 6
Feasting on the Mercy of God

Leader:
Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance:
Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst.

Congregation:
But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display His immense patience as an example for those who would believe in Him and receive eternal life.

Leader:
As sinners who have received the mercy of God, we feast on the Bread of Life, Christ Jesus our Lord. Whoever comes to Him will never go hungry, and whoever believes in Him will never be thirsty.

Congregation:
All those the Father gives Him will come to Him, and whoever comes to Him, He will never drive away.

Leader:
The Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in Him shall have eternal life, and He will raise them up at the last day.

All Together:
Thanks be to God Who leads His Own into life everlasting!
I Timothy 1:15-17 & John 6:37-40
