A Kingdom Divided – Julian Riddle

Julian Riddle / I Kings 11 / July 9, 2017
In this sermon pastor Pastor Riddle teaches that the Lord was angry with Solomon because of his idolatry. The Lord determines that he will surely tear the kingdom away from Solomon. Yet, because of the grace and promises of King Jesus, the punishment is softened.  The Kingdom will not be torn away while Solomon is alive.  One tribe – Judah – will remain out of grace, for the sake of the promises made to David.  And the city of Jerusalem will also be preserved as God’s chosen city.
